Photography Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

  • The Photographer agrees to provide photography services as outlined in the agreed-upon package or session.

2. Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event/session.
  • Payments can be made via paypal, venmo, cashapp, check, or cash.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Any payment made towards the event or session is non-refundable, except in cases where the Photographer cancels.

4. Rescheduling

  • The Client may reschedule the event/session 2 days before the original date, subject to the Photographer's availability.

5. Image Delivery

  • The Photographer will deliver the edited images to the Client within agreed turnaround time depending on the event/session.
  • The Client will receive the images in digital format, unless otherwise specified.

6. Image Copyright

  • The Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the event/session.
  • The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes only.

7. Model Release

  • The Client grants the Photographer the right to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Liability

  • The Photographer will not be liable for any loss or damage to equipment, property, or persons during the event/session.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals involved in the event/session.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois.

10. Agreement

  • By booking the Photographer's services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
